At Priene, we place great importance on protecting the personal data of our users and visitors. This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform you, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the legal bases, collection methods, and your rights.

Priene does not store credit card details directly. Payments are processed via an intermediary provider.
Usage Information: Workspace activities (fine-tuning, agent creation, flow usage), GPU usage, session durations, token consumption
This information is collected automatically by the platform.

Your personal data may be transferred to:

International transfers are carried out in accordance with KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR provisions, only to countries with adequate data protection or based on user consent and standard contractual clauses.
User account data is retained during the active subscription and for a reasonable period afterward, depending on legal obligations.
Payment and usage logs are stored for a minimum of 10 years to comply with accounting and tax legislation.
Inactive user accounts are deleted 1 year after the last login, unless required to be kept for legal reasons.
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22, you have the right to:
Learn whether your data is processed
Request information about your data
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
Know third parties to whom your data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or anonymization of your data when conditions are met
Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties
Object to decisions made solely through automated processes
Seek compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
You may exercise your rights by submitting your request to Priene via the e-mail address info@priene.ai, along with proof of identity. Requests will be finalized within 30 days, free of charge. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, you may be charged according to the tariff set by the Turkish Data Protection Board.
Priene implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Priene reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice due to changes in legislation or internal policies. The latest version will always be available on our website at www.priene.ai.

Data from potential customers is retained for up to 2 years from the date of contact.
Data from job applicants, including CVs, is retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission.
After these periods, data is either anonymized or securely deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
4. Data Storage and Security Measures
Personal data is stored on secure servers and protected against unauthorized access. The following technical and administrative measures are implemented:

Up-to-date antivirus and security software
Necessary encryption technologies

Welcome to Priene! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Priene AI platform and services (“Services”), including all associated software, features, and content provided via the website www.priene.ai (the “Website”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You are required to register and create a user account via our dashboard using Microsoft SSO or a valid email and password.
Upon registration, a workspace will be created for your use. Depending on your subscription plan (Starter, Standard, or Enterprise), your workspace capabilities may vary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Upon registration, you are automatically assigned a Starter plan unless you choose to upgrade.
The Starter plan is free of monthly charges and provides limited access to the platform’s services.
The Standard and Enterprise plans require a monthly subscription fee. Pricing details will be shared upon request until the public pricing page is made available.
All plans include one workspace, except the Enterprise plan, which allows for multiple workspaces.
Some platform features (e.g., fine-tuning, AI agent flows, GPU usage) are billed through a credit system.
Credits are prepaid via credit card payments. These payments are processed securely through a third-party provider (Sipay). Priene does not store credit card details directly.
You may opt to save your credit card for future transactions. Stored data remains with the payment processor, not Priene.
Services that consume GPU or processing power will draw down from your available credits. Once your balance reaches zero, these services will be paused until new credits are added.
Priene reserves the right to change credit pricing or billing structures with prior notice.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes (e.g., generating discriminatory, hateful, abusive, or explicit content).
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Services or underlying software.
Overload the system or attempt to access data or content you are not authorized to view.
Upload, distribute, or transmit viruses or malicious code.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
All rights, titles, and interest in the platform, software, branding, and content belong to Priene or its licensors.
You retain ownership of any custom AI agents, fine-tuned models, or outputs generated via your workspace, except where third-party models are used under separate terms.
You grant Priene a limited license to use your generated content for internal testing and improvement unless you opt out via written request.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues, including GPU resource availability.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
You may cancel your account at any time. Any unused credits are non-refundable.
Priene reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or pose a risk to system integrity.
To the extent permitted by law:
Priene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Priene in the preceding six (6) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priene, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
